At this point, they can stay out of the game or switch to another toon to collect Ethereals with. Once you join the game, the level 7 must leave. Have that account invite your primary account (and any other hunting friends) to this T6 Level 7 game. If you don't have a friend, you can do the same in a VM with a second account (or second PC). Have a friend open a Torment VI game with their Level 7 character. Once you have a few Puzzle Rings collected (I recommend stocking up), switch characters to your Ethereal Hunting character (using whichever toon needs to collect the highest number of Ethereals is the most efficient way). With a full 1600 shards to gamble, I will usually get at least one Puzzle Ring during the gambling but have gotten as many as 4… also 0 because it's RNG based. Along with Magic and Rares, you will have the opportunity to receive 3 legendary rings Leoric's Signet, Broken Promises, or Puzzle Ring. Switch characters to your Level 31 account. Provided you've cleared the GR 110, you can run 4x GR 91's to earn 400 Blood Shards per run (1600 total).

I recommend clearing a solo GR 110 so that your Blood Shard count is 1600 total. – Low Level Snapshotter (Different Account/Friend – Level 7 – locked) – Shard Farmer (whatever you use to clear GRs GR 91 is best if you've finished GR 110) – Ethereal Hunter (Level 16+) – use the class that you're hunting Ethereals for – equip with a level 70 weapon (In-geom recommended) that has been cubed with a Gem of Ease to make it usable on level 1 This method requires 2 accounts or a friend, a level 70 weapon gemmed to level 1, and a buttload of Puzzle Rings.Ĥ toons (assuming you don't have a toon per class for the season on your main account) This has been my experience since I started hunting 3 days ago and I already have 18 of them with minimal time spent. I've seen a few posts regarding methods for efficient Ethereal farming for the quest but all required some assumption and some didn't provide proof etc.
